Mom's Easter cake recipe: more than one generation has cooked them this way

Yeasty, fluffy, flavorful, with white icing on top. This is the kind of pastry that is a true Easter attribute.
A housewife from Poltava region shared her iconic recipe for yeast pastry with condensed milk with FoodOboz editorial staff. This recipe requires 15 eggs.
Ingredients for sourdough:
- 1 liter of hot boiled water
- 1 jar of condensed milk
- 100 grams of yeast
- flour
Method for making the sourdough:
1. Dissolve the yeast in hot water.
2. Add the condensed milk.
3. Add the desired amount of flour
Beat with a mixer:
- 350 g butter
- 250 g margarine
- 1 kg sugar
- 15 eggs

Combine the two masses and then add:
- 1 tsp. salt.
- 200g raisins
- vanilla, cinnamon
- 3 kg flour
Allow the ready mass to rise. Spread into molds.
