Medovik without turning the cakes in 30 minutes: how to make a delicious sour cream cake

Medovik is the most delicious homemade cake, which is traditionally made with sour cream. It can be made in the oven or even in a pan, in some cases you do not even need to roll out the cakes.
Foodblogger Galina Duma(reeixit) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for a bisquit cake with delicious sour cream, which you can make in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 units
- sugar - 50 g
- honey - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- odorless oil - 3 tbsp.
- baking soda - 1 tsp. + vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 2 tbsp. 200 ml.
Cream:
- sour cream - 400 gr
- mascarpone - 200 g
- sugar - 150-200 gr
Method of preparation:
1. To make the crusts, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and finally add the flour and baking soda garnished with vinegar. Knead the dough, it turns out thick as sour cream.
3. 3. Pour the dough evenly onto the baking tray lined with parchment. Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. When ready, cool the cake and divide it into two different parts.
4. For the cream you need to mix the necessary ingredients and whip them into a fluffy mass.
6. Cream two cakes, put the rest of the cream on top. If desired, sprinkle with nuts. Allow the cake to stand.
