- 1200 ml water
- 9 tbsp coarse sea salt
- 12 bay leaves

- 6 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water into a saucepan and add all the other ingredients.
2. Boil for 3-4 minutes and let the fullness cool. Do not pour hot or even warm brine.
3. Wait for complete cooling.
