There is one interesting lifehack that helps to dry things twice as fast.

The method is very simple and it is actively used by residents of the UK. More details were told by the publication The Sun.

The Mrs. Hinch's Cleaning Tips Facebook group suggested using a sheet to speed up the process.

"A little trick I've learned when winter comes is to get a clothes dryer and an extra sheet. You should simply wrap the sheet around the dryer. Attach it to a radiator or heated fan and it will retain heat and dry your clothes faster," the post reads.

The lifehack works because the sheet helps trap a warm pocket of air underneath. This means clothes will dry much faster.
