Juicy ribs in the oven for the Easter table: what's good to bake the meat in
Juicy, soft and tender pork ribs are the perfect meat appetizer for the holiday table. They can be cooked in the oven and in a pan, as well as in different marinades - soy, honey, mustard and even in beer, as well as with spices.
Food blogger Alex Mil(mil_alexx) on his Instagram page shared a recipe for juicy ribs in red wine that you can easily bake in the oven.
- loin - from 1,5 kg
- salt - 1-1,5 tsp.
- spices for meat - 2 tsp.
- olive oil - 3 to 4 tsp.
- red dry wine - 200 ml
1. Remove the fat and streaks from the meat and make deep cuts. Place in a baking dish.
2. Sprinkle the meat with salt and spices on both sides, mash everything well. Pour the vegetable oil and cover the container, leave to marinate in this form in the refrigerator for 1 day.
3. Take the marinated ribs out of the refrigerator and pour the wine over them. Bake the meat at 180 degrees for 80-90 minutes. In the process you can take out the meat and pour the wine from the dish.
