Recipe for boiled pork belly in beer

Ingredients:

  • pork belly - 1 kg
  • beer - 0,5 l
  • soy sauce - 70 ml
  • smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • pepper - 0,5 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into medium slices and fry in a pan until golden.
