Juicy and flavorful pork belly: what's the best way to boil meat
The pork belly is a delicious snack that can be cooked in brine, pickled, boiled or simply baked in the oven. It has a successful combination of meat and lard, so it reveals its full flavor.
Foodblogger Jeanne with the nickname zha457 on her Instagram page shared a recipe for boiled pork belly in beer in a pan. The meat in this recipe has a nice golden color and turns out very juicy.
Ingredients:
- pork belly - 1 kg
- beer - 0,5 l
- soy sauce - 70 ml
- smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- pepper - 0,5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into medium slices and fry in a pan until golden.
2. Pour beer, soy sauce, add all the spices and stir to the grilled pork belly in a pan.
3. Bring everything to a boil, cover and cook for 35 minutes. In the process you should periodically turn the meat.
