How to keep your feet warm while walking in winter

Winter is a time of snowy streets, fun games, and beautiful scenery, but the weather is not always favorable for walking. Low temperatures, rain, or blizzards can cause illness, so it's important to dress warmly and choose the right shoes.

OBOZ.UA has found simple ways to help keep your feet warm during a winter walk. Try to avoid getting wet and sweating to keep your body dry.

Closed leather shoes are the best option for cold weather. It is important to choose dense fabrics so that cold air does not get inside. But to keep your feet warm, use the following life hacks.

Paper

Wrap a part of your foot with your toes with paper or paper towels and put on your shoes. This will not cause discomfort while walking but will help keep your boots warm and dry.

Toe warmers

If you like long walks in frosty weather, this is a great option to keep you warm. These are disposable toe warmers that can be purchased in a store or ordered online. Open the package, remove the lining and stick it to the bottom of your sock. Each heating pad keeps you warm for 8 hours.

Polyethylene

Place plastic wrap between your foot and the top of your shoe. Cold air will not be able to penetrate your toes and you will feel comfortable while walking outside.
