Fresh stains
Such traces of sweat are the easiest to deal with. They can be removed with ordinary laundry soap: solid or liquid. A small piece of solid soap should be grated and diluted with warm water in a bowl, while liquid soap can be diluted into a concentrated solution. In this solution, the item to be cleaned is soaked for 15-20 minutes. After that, you just need to wash it as usual.
Old stains
Here you will need more effective substances than soap. Hydrogen peroxide or soda will come to the rescue. They can even cope with stubborn stains on white fabric.
Peroxide in pharmacy concentration can be used directly. Moisten a cotton pad with it and gently treat the stains so that the fabric is not wet but only moistened. Leave the product on for 10 minutes, then rinse the item and send it to the laundry.
You will need to prepare a paste from baking soda. To do this, add a small amount of water to the powder and stir the ingredients. This paste is used to treat the stains. Leave it on for about 30 minutes. Then you just need to rinse out the baking soda and wash the item.
