How to quickly wash a wine stain: a festive holiday handy hack
Red wine is an exquisite alcoholic beverage, which is often chosen for holidays. But careless action can lead to the appearance of bright stains on clothes, which can significantly worsen the mood at the party.
But OBOZ.UA found an effective lifehack, which will help to quickly cope with this problem. The main thing to act quickly and do not panic.
Methods of cleaning clothes from wine stains depend on the type of fabric. If your outfit is made of satin or velvet, then first you need to wash the contaminated area with warm water, but avoid friction, otherwise the stains will only increase.
Next, you will need potato starch. Sprinkle some of the mixture on the fabric and blot with a wet cloth. Then wash the clothes in a washing machine, turning on the appropriate mode.
Things made of cotton or denim can be cleaned with baking soda. Sprinkle some baking soda on the stain and blot with a damp cloth, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and wash in a washing machine or by hand.
If baking soda is not available, use salt and lemon juice. Sprinkle salt on the stain, it will absorb the moisture and then add a few drops of juice, it will loosen the dirt and absorb the bright red pigment. Then gently rinse the desired area with warm water.
