How to pickle mushrooms: a quick snack
Champignons are not only an ingredient for baked goods or salads, but also an independent snack. The product just needs to be pickled. To do this, you will need spices. Such mushrooms can be stored for a long time in a jar in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 900 g-1 kg
- oil - 110-120 ml
- vinegar - 80-90 ml
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- allspice - 5-6 pips
- bay leaves - 3 - 4 pcs.
- mustard in grains - 0,5 tsp.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the mushrooms. Slice as needed.
2. Prepare the marinade: mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaf and bring the marinade to a boil. In the boiling mixture pour mushrooms, stir, add garlic cut in half and cover with a lid, so that the mushrooms let out juice, reduced in size and cooked. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Turn off the mushrooms, transfer to a container. Boil the marinade again and pour it on the mushrooms.
4. Cool the mushrooms and put them in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
A few cooking recommendations:
1. If the mushrooms are very large, then cut into 2 or 4 pieces to better marinade.
2. If the mushrooms are very small, you can not peel them, but just rinse well and clean of dirt, the stem slightly trimmed at the bottom.
3. To keep the mushrooms longer, you need to sterilize the jar or any container.
4. Be sure to stir the mushrooms gently during boiling so as not to damage them. It is not necessary to add water.
