How to make healthy cauliflower pancakes: a nutritious quick dish
Cauliflower is very nutritious and healthy. Therefore, it must be added to the diet of children and adults. But just in boiled form this product does not have a pronounced taste. The best option would be to make hearty pancakes.

Ingredients:
- 200 g of boiled cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 35 g rye flour
- 35 g white flour
- spices (black pepper, honeysuckle, pinch of salt)
- GCI oil
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the cauliflower.
2. Add the eggs.
3. Beat with a blender.
4. Pour in the flour.
5. Add the spices and mix.
5. Fry in a non-stick frying pan or lightly grease with GCI oil.
