How to make an analog of wet wipes at home: an ingenious way
Washing your hands is very important for your health - the coronavirus pandemic has taught us this. And you need to wash with soap. But access to this cosmetic product is not always available. For example, while walking in nature.
Blogger Come Cucinare demonstrated what to do in this case. He suggested making a kind of analog of wet wipes that you can take with you. Unlike a bottle of soap, they don't take up much space and weigh only a few grams.
To make the wipes, you will need
- toilet paper
- liquid soap
- a knife with a wide blade.
Tear off a few not too long strips from the roll and lay them out on a flat surface. Take out your regular liquid soap and put a small amount on the blade of a knife. Use this tool to spread an even layer of soap on the paper. Leave it to dry.
When the soap is dry, tear the strips of paper into convenient pieces and stack them. The packaging of soap wipes is ready. You can put them, for example, in an empty package of ordinary wet wipes and carry them with you in your bag.
Now, when you find yourself in a situation where you need to wash your hands and there is no soap available, you can simply use such a wipe. Take it in your hand and moisten it with water - the soap will begin to foam and you will be able to properly cleanse your hands of any dirt and infections.
