How to cook hearty bean cutlets without meat: you can eat them in Lent

Cutlets can be made in different ways: from eggplant, carrots, cabbage and different types of meat. But there is another alternative - cutlets made of beans, which are nourishing, healthy and dietary at the same time. Such cutlets can be eaten even in Lent, because they are prepared without meat.
Food blogger Natasha Parkhomenko on her YouTube channel(Natasha Parkhomenko) shared a recipe for lean bean cutlets.
Ingredients:
- canned beans - 500 g
- carrot - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 1 clove
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- ground paprika - 1 tsp.
- breading flour
Method:
1. Shred the onion and grate the carrot. First fry the onion until transparent, then add the carrots and fry for another 3 minutes.
2. Mashed potato the beans to a purée, mix with the roasted vegetables.
3. Chop the parsley and grate the garlic and add to the mixture. Add the spices and mix everything until smooth.
4. From the resulting mass to form cutlets and lightly coat them in flour.
5. Fry the cutlets.
