How to make an Easter cake in the multicooker

Ingredients:

  • dry yeast - 15 gr
  • flour - 500 grams
  • salt
  • milk - 100 ml
  • sugar - 2/3 tbsp.
  • butter - 100 g
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • eggs - 3 units
  • raisins - 100 gr

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the milk until it is warm and dissolve the yeast in it. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir and leave to rise for 15 minutes.

2. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt into a soft white foam.

3. Separately beat the yolks with the remaining sugar. Add the mixture to the starter, then gradually add the whites and a pinch of salt. Stir it in.

4. Gradually pour in the flour. Knead into a soft dough, but before doing so, grease your hands with oil.

5. Place the dough on the surface and add the butter. Knead for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1½ hours.

6. As soon as the dough has increased in volume, spread it on the table and add raisins (they should be previously soaked in boiling water).

7. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with vegetable oil and put the batter. It should occupy 1/3 of the capacity. Turn on the "Preheat" mode for 20 minutes. Then leave the dough to rise for 40 minutes.

8. After that, you need to bake the pastry in the "Bake" mode for 60 minutes, then another 30-40 minutes.
