How to clean the entire washing machine: you only need one product

A washing machine can be a breeding ground for germs and mold. According to the Express, cleaning enthusiasts shared a life hack on social media on how to do this with a single product. This product is a dishwasher tablet. It should be placed in the powder compartment. Then run an empty washing machine with hot water cycle.

Users who tried this life hack shared that immediately after starting the cycle, the water in the machine became dirty, and after the cycle was completed, even the sealing rubber near the door, which usually collects a lot of dirt, was cleaned. Another nice thing about this method of cleaning is the fresh smell from the drum.

They also shared additional tips for cleaning the washing machine. They recommended using dishwasher powder as well: the result will be the same as with the product in tablet form. You can also dissolve a tablet or two in water beforehand and put it in the washer. The device should be washed at a temperature of 90 degrees or even higher, if possible.
