Healthy salad with eggs and green onions: how to prepare a tasty dish
Spring is the perfect time to make vitamin and healthy salads. You can prepare them with fresh vegetables and greens, and it is better to dress them with sour cream or fragrant oil.
Food blogger Anna with the nickname filanna.cooking on her Instagram page shared a recipe for a healthy spring salad with boiled eggs and green onions.
Ingredients:
- green onions
- salt
- boiled eggs
- cucumber
- dill
- sour cream / mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs and cut into cubes.
2. Chop the green onion, mash with your hands and leave for 15-20 minutes to remove the bitterness.
3. Slice the cucumber into half rings.
4. Mix all ingredients, add salt and season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
