Green onion and egg jellied pie: a quick recipe for a hearty lunch

The jellied pie is a simple alternative to the classic pie. It can be made with different fillings: cabbage, mushrooms, eggs, meat, cherries, apples and even jam. And also with different dough - with kefir, sour cream or milk.
On her Instagram page, food blogger Anna with the nickname filanna.cooking shared a recipe for a kefir pie filled with eggs and onions.
Ingredients:
Stuffing:
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- green onions - 200 g
- dill
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Dough:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- sour cream - 250 g
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the stuffing, boil, peel and chop the eggs. Also chop the onion and dill.
2. Mix in the eggs, greens and salt.
3. To prepare the dough, mix eggs with sour cream, salt, flour and baking powder. Beat everything with a whisk until a homogeneous dough consistency.
4. Place half the dough in a greased mold, then place the filling and place the rest of the dough on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
5. Bake in a preheated 175 degrees oven for 45-50 minutes. The pie should be well browned. When ready it should be cooled and only then cut.
