One of the cooking blogs(live_and_cooking) on TikTok posted a recipe for very fluffy and airy pancakes from childhood that you can easily make with milk and no eggs.

Ingredients for 10-12 pcs:
- fresh yeast - 8 g
- sugar - 2-3 tsp.
- salt
- warm milk - 250 ml
- flour - 250 grams
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sugar, yeast and a little warm milk in a bowl. Stir the mass so that the yeast dissolves.
