Fluffy chocolate banana muffin: can be eaten in Lent

Delicious and puffy pastry can be prepared even without eggs, milk and butter. And such a dessert you can eat during Lent. The cupcake is based on banana, chocolate, cocoa, and fragrant orange zest.

Dry ingredients:
- whole wheat flour - 220 g
- cocoa - 25 g
- baking powder - 9 g
- salt
Wet ingredients:
- water - 330 g
- banana - 300-330g (2 units)
- zest of 1 orange
- vanillin
- sweetener as desired
- chocolate - 40 g
- 15g chocolate for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine the water, mashed bananas, orange zest, vanilla and optional sweetener.

3. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. The batter is thick. At the end, add the chocolate chips and mix again. You can also add berries.
4. Pour the batter into a baking dish and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
5. Let the cake cool and take it out of the form. Decorate with melted 99% chocolate.
6. It is better to smear the cupcake with chocolate with a brush on all sides.
