- 220 g sour cream 20%;
- 240 g flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp of baking powder
Ingredients for the filling:
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g sweet bell pepper
- 300 g cabbage
- 50 g spinach
- salt, pepper - to taste
- water - 50 ml
- egg yolk
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough and set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Braise carrots and cabbage, add water, give spices. Then add spinach and peppers.
3. Braise under the lid until tender.
4. Roll out the dough, put the filling and wrap.
5. Put in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
