Easter cake frosting that doesn't crumble and sets quickly: made with gelatin

The appearance of the Easter cake depends largely on the quality of the white icing. The mass should be thick enough, not to spill and solidify quickly. At the same time, it should not crumble. Therefore, it is better to prepare the glaze with gelatin.
