To make a tasty pilaf quickly - it can be cooked in a frying pan. Cereal is steamed, becomes juicy and soft. A great addition would be your favorite spices.

Ingredients:

  • rice - 1 cup
  • pork loin - 600 g
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • onion - 1 pc
  • carrot - 1 pc
  • garlic - 1 pc
  • Svan salt - 1 tsp.
  • pilaf seasoning - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 glasses

Cooking method:

 

1. Peel vegetables and cut peppers, onions and carrots in julienne.

2. Cut the sirloin into larger slices.

 

3. Pour vegetable oil in a heated frying pan and fry the meat for 5 minutes.

4. Add onion, carrot and pepper to the pan.

5. Stir and add spices.

 

6. Pepper, svan salt and seasoning for pilaf.

7. Rinse the rice several times. Next, we send the rice into the pan, flatten it and pour 2 cups of water in it. Trim the top of the garlic and send it to the pan. Cover with a lid.

 

8. Cook on low heat until the water evaporates. When the water evaporates - turn off the stove and do not open the lid for another 10 minutes.
