Delicious cottage cheese Easter cake with raisins: the recipe was shared by Yulia Zoriy, wife of the Minister of Defense
A delicious Easter cake is the main symbol of the holy feast of Easter. The fragrant pastry is prepared according to different recipes, with different doughs and fillings. But if you do not want to stand at the stove for a long time, there is an alternative - cottage cheese Easter cake, for the preparation of which you need high-quality cottage cheese.
The presenter of the program "Morning in the city" on ICTV, as well as the wife of Ukrainian Defense Minister Yulia Zoriy shared a recipe for a simple cottage cheese cake with raisins.
Intrinsic ingredients:
- fat cottage cheese - 1 kg
- yolks - 8 pcs.
- sour cream - 300 g
- sugar - 160 g
- butter - 200 g
- raisins/corage
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cottage cheese through a fine sieve. Add the yolks, sour cream, sugar and melted butter. Beat with a blender or with your hands to a smooth mass.
2. The resulting mass, stirring constantly, put on the fire and heat until barely hot. Then take it off the stove and leave it to cool completely.
3. Add dried fruit to the cooled mass.
4. Place a suitable mold upside down on a bowl, cover with gauze. Spread the curd mass, tamping it down. Wrap the sides of the gauze on top and set something heavy. Leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
5. After that, invert the mold, remove it and the gauze. The Easter cake is ready!
