Crispy roasted potatoes with nuts: how to make a new dish
Fried potatoes are an easy and quick recipe for how you can prepare a vegetable. Often potatoes are roasted with mushrooms, meat and lard, but they are just as delicious with vegetables.
Food blogger Elena Sagun(olena_sagun) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for fried potatoes in breading, which is very delicious when served with chopped nuts.
- potatoes - 600-700 g
- bread crumbs - 1/12 tbsp
- salt, pepper, spices
- walnuts (chopped)
- garlic - 1 clove
Method of cooking:
1. First you need to boil the potatoes in their husks, then cool, peel and cut into circles.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and other spices in a wide bowl.
3. Heat a pan with oil (it is better to put more garlic for flavor, and take it out before frying). Roll the potatoes in the breading and fry them on the sides until golden.
4. Sprinkle the finished potato circles with chopped nuts.
