Cheap Toyota Prado analog revealed in first photos

China's Haval Dargo SUV is getting ready for a refresh. The 2024 model was first shown in photos. The car is known as a cheap alternative to the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.

The images appeared on the Autohome website. The body of the model has not changed, but the photo of Haval Dargo 2024 shows that a lot of changes occurred in the front end. An enlarged grille and a new bumper appeared there.

The bumper has been replaced and the pattern of lights at the back are lightly changed. The update was accompanied by stylish wheels and new body colors.

The 2-liter turbocharged petrol engine will be more powerful and will produce 238 hp (385 Nm of torque). Equipment includes robotized gearbox with two clutches for 7 steps and a reduction gear. Of course, the drive is all-wheel.

At the moment, the price of Haval Dargo is about $30,000. No price hike is expected after the update. It is much cheaper than the Toyota Prado, which costs $50,000.
