Car runs over the vice-champion of Ukraine and a member of the Olympic cycling team to death

Cyclist Pavlo Kobzar, vice-champion of Ukraine in the 25 km doubles race and winner of the Ukrainian championships, died in an accident. The tragedy was reported on Facebook by Oleksiy Kasyanov, a representative of the Ukraine Cycling Academy.
He did not disclose the details of the tragedy, only clarifying that the 19-year-old athlete from the Kyiv region was hit by a car while he was abroad.
"The tragedy happened far beyond the borders of Ukraine. To return the boy's body to his native land, we need 10,000 euros. This is an unbearable amount for parents nowadays, who are having a hard time with the loss. We are asking for help from all those who care," Kasyanov wrote, providing the card number of the father of the deceased Ukrainian: 414949999995625561 (Kobzar Mikhail Vasilyevich).
