Inexpensive Volkswagen Polo is a well-known budget car in Ukraine. However, the rarest variant of this model was spotted in the photo. The special car was shown on the network.
Photos were published on Instagram by t.o.p.c.a.r.s_ua. The rare VW Polo R WRC Street is a homologation variant of the racing car of the famous World Rally Championship.
Such a sporty hatchback had to be released for the German company to be allowed to participate in the competition. This is a standard requirement in racing.
Of course, this 2013 Volkswagen Polo R WRC Street is not a 100 percent replica of a rally car and is still a vehicle adapted to everyday use. But this one is also different from the standard Polo hatchback.
VW Polo R WRC Street is a great rarity in Ukraine.

A 2.0-liter turbo petrol engine with 220 hp (350 Nm of torque) is offered. Paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, the engine allows you to gain 100 km / h in 6.4 seconds and accelerate to a maximum of 243 km / h.
Externally, the sports model can be distinguished from the standard model by an enlarged body, new bumpers with large air intakes and special disks. This particular copy has the serial number 849 from a limited edition of 2500 pieces.
Today these cars are inexpensive, despite the rarity and power. Used VW Polo R WRC Street is available for 15,000 dollars.
