A simple marinade for shashlik: the meat will be juicy and tender
Shashlik - this is one of the favorite dishes that are cooked regardless of the season. The most important thing in the cooking process is to marinate the meat successfully so that it bakes evenly, turns out soft and juicy.
Foodblogger Alina FooDee on her YouTube channel(Alina FooDee) shared a recipe for tomato marinade for shashlik.
Ingredients:
- onions - 2 pcs (250 g)
- salt - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- tomato juice - 200 ml
- pork - 1 kg
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onions in half rings. Add the salt and stir until the onions are juicy.
2. Add peppers, vegetable oil, tomato juice.
3. Cut up the meat.
