A new tourist resort will appear in Egypt: the first hotel has already opened
Egyptian authorities are planning to build a new tourist destination 10 minutes from the airport of the Marsa Alam resort. The investors want to turn this area, popular among divers, - Marsa Mares Bay - into a new tourist resort.
The main source of investment is Jaz Hotel Group, the largest Egyptian travel services brand. Their "arsenal" includes more than 58 facilities, Detay Kıbrıs writes.

According to available data, there are plans to build 10 hotels. The first of them, the five-star Iberotel Costa Mares, opened during the pandemic in 2020. Another 5-star Jaz Amara hotel with 272 rooms is scheduled to open in November this year.
Investors hope that the opening of a brand new resort will attract people and increase the number of tourists.
