Zucchini fritters with cottage cheese in 10 minutes: how to prepare a hearty dish for a snack

Zucchini fritters are a delicious and dietary dish for lunch, dinner and just a snack. They can be cooked on the basis of vegetables, and also supplemented with chicken, mushrooms, minced meat or cheese - so they will be more nourishing.
Foodblogger Julia with the nickname(yulia_delicious_recipes) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for zucchini fritters with cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- cottage cheese - 150 g
- flour - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. First wash and grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Add salt to it, mix and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
2. After that, squeeze out the excess juice from the zucchini.
3. Add cottage cheese and egg. Stir the mass until homogeneous.
4. Add the flour and mix again.
5. Spoon the resulting batter into a frying pan and fry the fritters. Bon appetit!
