You don't need to peel potatoes to make delicious, fast potatoes. You can do it very quickly if you use the following technique. All you need is a regular glass and a little time.

The idea of cooking crispy potatoes in their skins is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. Don't forget to make a sour cream-based sauce with cucumbers.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes in their skins well and cook until tender.

2. Put on parchment.

3. Crush it with a glass.

4. Add salt, spices, and a little vegetable oil on top.

5. Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees in the convection mode.

6. Bake until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • onion – 1 pc
  • cucumbers – 3-4 pcs (small)
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • dill – to taste
  • sour cream – 3-4 tbsp
  • salt – to taste

7. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown.

8. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Chop the dill as well.

9. In a deep bowl, mix sour cream, cucumbers, fried onions, and dill.

10. Squeeze the garlic and add salt to taste. Mix well and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
