You are cooking bulgur wrong! How to prepare it without a saucepan

Bulgur is a very hearty cereal that can be deliciously prepared for lunch or dinner with vegetables, meat, chicken or mushrooms. Traditionally, porridge is cooked in a pot and it often sticks together and boils if the proportions are not observed. However, there is an alternative.
One of the culinary blogs (royalkitchenua) on Instagram shared how you can cook bulgur without boiling easily and properly.
Ingredients:
- butter
- bulgur
- favorite spices
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Heat a pan and melt a piece of butter.
2. Rinse the porridge thoroughly (you can do it several times). Pour into a frying pan and slightly fry the porridge while stirring.
3. Add your favorite spices and stir again.
4. Pour boiling water so that it covers the groats completely. Cover with a lid and leave until the liquid evaporates. Done!
