Nutritionist Yulia Pogosyan shared a recipe for a healthy beet salad with nuts, prunes, and cream cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Grated beets - 2 pcs.
- Prunes - 8 pcs.
- Garlic - 3 cloves.
- Walnuts - 30 g.
- Cream cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the beets, finely chop the prunes, grate the garlic, chop the walnuts.
2. Put everything in a bowl, add cream cheese, salt, and mix.
