Ingredients:
- strawberries - 1.5 kg
- sugar - 300 g
- lemon juice - 1\2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare the strawberries: rinse them, cut off the stem and cut into quarters. Put them in a saucepan.
2. Squeeze lemon juice over the strawberries and add sugar. Stir and leave it for 20 minutes to let the berries release their juice. After 20 minutes, stir several times.
3 At this stage, put the pan on high heat and bring to a boil. From the moment of boiling, you need to cook for 30-35 minutes, stirring constantly.
