As soon as it gets warm outside, you immediately want something cool and delicious. For example, ice cream, which you can make at home. It usually requires a few ingredients and very little time to make.
Food blogger Maria Stefan (mashe.nka_94) shared a recipe for homemade chocolate Eskimo ice cream made from cottage cheese, which does not contain cream, eggs, or sugar, on her Instagram page. It takes only 2 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 200 g
- milk chocolate – 90 g
Method of preparation:
1. First, break the chocolate into smaller pieces and melt it in a water bath or in the microwave.
2. Add the melted chocolate to the cottage cheese. Stir and beat with an immersion blender until thick and smooth.
3. Put the resulting mass into a mold covered with parchment. Smooth it on top, cover it with parchment, and leave it in the refrigerator or freezer until it is completely hardened.
4. When the ice cream has hardened, cut it into smaller pieces and sprinkle with coconut flakes if desired. It's ready!
