Without cookies and baking: how to prepare a simple cake in 15 minutes
You don't have to spend all day at the stove to make a delicious cake. You can make it without an oven or baking. This cake is not based on cookies, as is typically used, but on shortbread crumbs, which can be cooked in a frying pan. Combined with a simple custard, it makes an incredible dessert.

Ingredients:
- flour - 250 g
- sugar - 60 g
- butter - 120 g
- salt - a pinch

Cream:
- 20% sour cream - 500 g
- eggs - 2
- starch - 1 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 20 g
- butter - 50 g
- sugar - 120 g
1. Mix softened butter, sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
2. Fry the crumbs in a frying pan, stirring until golden brown.

3. Mix eggs, starch, sour cream, and sugar. Cook the cream, stirring constantly, until it thickens. As soon as the first boiling bubbles appear, cook for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat, add vanilla sugar and butter.
4. Set aside 4 tbsp to sprinkle on top of the cake. Divide the remaining crumbs into 4 equal parts.

5. Cover the bottom and sides of the mold with parchment.
6. Put some of the crumbs on one mold, and hot cream on top. Assemble the cake in this way. Sprinkle the cake with the remaining crumbs.

7. Cover the cake with cling film. When the cake has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
