Wings are most often chosen for deep-frying. And it's delicious if they are crispy on top. To achieve this, you need to make the right breading.

Ingredients:
- chicken wings - 1 kg
For the marinade:
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- ground hot pepper - 1 tbsp
- sparkling water - 4 tbsp
- grated garlic - 2 cloves
For the batter:
- wheat flour - 10 tbsp.
- corn starch - 4 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp
- smoked paprika - 2 tsp.
- hot pepper - 1 tsp.
- egg - 1 pc.
- sparkling water - 200 ml.
Ingredients for breading:
- wheat flour - 8 tbsp.
- starch - 2 tbsp
- paprika - 2 tsp.
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
For frying:
- sunflower oil (the amount depends on the volume of the pan)
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the wings and leave for at least an hour.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the batter and breading.
3. Heat the oil well in a saucepan.
4. Dip the wings first in batter and then in breading.
5. Put in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
6. Serve with your favorite sauce.
