Wings in a sweet and sour marinade: very crispy
Wings are the part of the chicken that cooks the fastest. So if you're craving fried meat, this is the perfect choice. If you make the right marinade, a delicious crispy crust forms on the wings.
The idea of cooking spicy chicken wings in a sweet and sour marinade was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeriy Ponomar (ponomar_valeriy).
Ingredients:
- chicken wings – 1 kg
- salt
- black pepper
- flour – 2 tbsp
- tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- honey – 1 tbsp
- garlic – 1 clove
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- wine vinegar 6% – 1 tsp (lemon juice can be used)
- sesame seeds – 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
1. Dry the wings from moisture with a paper towel, salt, and pepper, and leave for 20 minutes.
2. Sprinkle with flour and mix well so that some of the flour remains on the wings.
3. In the oven, bake for 45-50 minutes at 200 degrees, turn once when one side is golden brown.
4. Mix with the sauce while hot.
