Such cutlets can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan, following some recommendations to ensure that the dish does not contain a lot of oil.

  • cod fish fillet – 1 kg
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • eggs -–2 pcs.
  • fine corn flour – 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. If the fillet is frozen, defrost it and squeeze it out of the water. Then grind it in a blender.

2. Grind the onion and eggs separately in a blender.

3. Mix the chopped ingredients. Add salt, pepper, flour and herbs. Mix well.

4. Form the patties and roll them in the cereal.
