Food blogger Mariia Salei (mashka_salei) shared a recipe for cod fillet fish cutlets on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- cod fish fillet – 1 kg
- onion – 1 pc.
- eggs -–2 pcs.
- fine corn flour – 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- corn grits for breading
Method of preparation:
1. If the fillet is frozen, defrost it and squeeze it out of the water. Then grind it in a blender.
2. Grind the onion and eggs separately in a blender.
3. Mix the chopped ingredients. Add salt, pepper, flour and herbs. Mix well.
4. Form the patties and roll them in the cereal.
5. Put parchment on a frying pan, grease with oil or butter, and put the cutlets. Fry under a lid over low heat.
