What can be quickly prepared for tea from a soft banana: a variant of an elementary dessert
If you've had bananas in your kitchen for a few days, you can use them to make simple cookies. They can be a hearty breakfast or snack option because they contain oatmeal. And if you use whole wheat flour, this food will also be very low in calories.
The idea of making cookies with bananas and peanut butter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Harasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).
Ingredients:
- 1 banana + 6-8 rings for decoration
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 4 tbsp oatmeal
- 4 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 2 g of baking powder
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Add egg, peanut butter, oatmeal, whole wheat flour, baking powder.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Spoon onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
