Ingredients:

  • 130 g flour
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • 0.5 tsp of baking soda
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 250 ml of kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the liquid ingredients - kefir, egg and oil.

3. Pour the dry ingredients into the liquid ones and knead a homogeneous, smooth dough.

4. Heat a frying pan and pour a portion of the batter.

5. As soon as pores (many small bubbles) begin to appear on the surface of the dough, turn it over and fry on the other side for a few minutes. Do this with all the dough.

6. Serve with your favorite jam or condensed milk.
