What to use for a delicious pizza besides sausage: very fluffy dough and light toppings
Pizza can be delicious even without sausage. Also, you don't have to add a lot of different sauces and olives. To make the dish light and nutritious, use greens and red fish.
The idea of making a light pizza with salmon and arugula was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Katia with the nickname katia_cooking. Instead of using a variety of sauces, the crust should be greased with cream cheese.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 180 ml of water
- 20 g of pressed yeast or (7 g of dry)
- 0.5 tsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 300 g of flour
- 1 tsp of salt
Ingredients for the filling:
- 200 g lightly salted salmon
- 100 g of cream cheese
- 20 g of arugula
- 100 g of mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Add yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp of flour to warm water. Stir, cover and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
2. Add oil and salt to the dough and mix well.
3. Sift the flour and knead a soft dough that will not stick to your hands.
4. Cover and put back in a warm place for 10 minutes.
5. Then divide the dough into two parts and roll out one part immediately on parchment.
6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Take out, cool for 3-4 minutes.
8. Spread the cream cheese well and then add the mozzarella, fish, and arugula.
9. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs if desired.
