What to stuff fish with to make it tasty: it turns out very nourishing

Stuffed fish is a great dish for a festive table. It is quite lean, very juicy and tender. But the taste depends mostly on what you put in the filling.

The idea of cooking a delicious stuffed fish was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha with the nickname oliakobyk. Bread soaked in milk adds a special tenderness to the filling.

Ingredients:

  • carp
  • onion
  • loaf
  • milk
  • eggs
  • semolina
  • salt, pepper, spices

Method of preparation:

1. The fish must be cleaned from the insides.

2. Next, make an incision between the skin and the meat to remove the skin.

3. Remove the gills and fins.

4. Thin skin must be washed, and bones must be removed from the fish meat and passed through a meat grinder.

5. Add the fried onions.

6. Soak the loaf in milk.

7. Squeeze it out and put it in a meat grinder.

8. Grind into a homogeneous mass.

9. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add to the minced meat. Add salt, pepper, and spices to taste and mix.

10. Add semolina

11. Then fill the fish with the prepared filling.

12. Put the fish on a greased baking sheet.

13. Put the fish in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
