Baked carp is a highlight of every holiday table. Put a delicious filling inside and a lemon on top. The fish will be very juicy and soft.

The idea of cooking baked stuffed carp was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia Barbar (nastiabarbar). The dish is very satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • carp
  • fish seasoning
  • mayonnaise
  • onion
  • carrot
  • mushrooms
  • dill
  • lemon

Method of preparation:

1. Combine the fish seasoning and mayonnaise.

2. Use this to grease the cleaned fish.

3. For the filling, fry the onions, carrots, and mushrooms and combine with the dill.

4. Put the filling in the carp.

5. Make cuts on top and insert the lemon slices.

6. Wrap the fish in foil and put it in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
