Ingredients:
- 350 g sour milk curd (dry)
- 1 large banana
- 100 g frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp. topped whole wheat/rice flour
- 3 g baking powder
- Coconut oil (or butter) to grease the molds
Cooking method:
1. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Pour the mixture over the cherries and mix well.
2. Pour sour milk cottage cheese into a bowl and add bananas. Blend until smooth.
3. Add cherries and flour.
4. Stir with a spoon.
5. Spread batter into molds greased with coconut oil.
6. Bake in a preheated oven to 175-180 degrees for 25 minutes.
