If you need to quickly prepare a festive appetizer, bruschetta is the perfect option. You just need to put the ingredients that go well together on the baguette. To make it even tastier, you can grill it.
The idea of making bruschetta with cod liver for a festive table was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Iryna (irisha_redko). You will also need cream cheese.
Ingredients:
- cod liver - 100 g
- baguette
- cream cheese
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- pickled ginger - 10 g
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- teriyaki sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Cut baguette into 2-3 cm wide slices.
2. Fry on the grill, in the oven or in a frying pan.
3. Spread cream cheese.
4. Finely dice cucumber and ginger.
5. Add mayonnaise and mix.
6. Put on a bruschetta, topping with cod liver.
7. Pour teriyaki sauce over and add some herbs.
