  • onions - 2 pcs.

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • sour cream - 100 g
  • mayonnaise - 50 g
  • mustard in grains - 50 g
  • soy sauce - 50 g
  • grated onion - 1 pc
  • salt, pepper, smoked paprika, spices for fish - to taste

1. Mix everything for the marinade.

2. Pour over the fish.

3. Stir, cover and leave in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.

4. Fry the onions and carrots.

5. Put the marinated fish on the bottom of the mold and put it on the vegetables.

6. Drizzle with the rest of the sauce.
