What to marinate champignons in 10 minutes: an idea for a very quick and budget-friendly appetizer
This appetizer is as budget-friendly as possible, because you only need to buy mushrooms for it - the rest of the ingredients are definitely always in the kitchen. The dish is also very quick - you can prepare it in just 10 minutes. It's the perfect addition to a festive table.
The idea of cooking marinated champignons in 10 minutes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname alin_withkitchen. Mushrooms can be eaten instead of salad.
Ingredients:
- small champignons - 1 kg
- vinegar (6%) - 150 ml
- odorless vegetable oil - 100-150 ml
- salt - 1.5 tsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- peppercorns - 10 pcs.
- bay leaves - 4-5 pcs.
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- red pepper - half 1 pc.
- green onions - for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms well with baking soda. You can take the small ones right away or cut into larger ones.
2. Add vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, spices, chopped garlic and red pepper to the pan if desired.
3. Bring the marinade to a boil.
4. Then add the washed mushrooms.
5. Cook under the lid for 4-5 minutes.
6. Pour into a container.
7. Wait for it to cool completely.
