What to make with young cabbage for a snack: not a salad

Young cabbage is an ingredient not only in salads, but also in hearty steaks. They can be baked with spices, cheese, sauce or marinade. They bake evenly, hold their shape beautifully at the same time, and come out quite crispy.
Food blogger Zoryana Ivchenko(zoryana_ivchenko) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for hearty cabbage steaks in the oven with sauce and cheese.
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1 head
- parmesan - 30-40 gr
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- garlic - 1 clove or 1 tsp. dried
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cabbage and dry it. Cut into 8 to 12 rounds. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment.
2. For the sauce, mix the pepper, vegetable oil, soy sauce, squeeze the garlic through the press. Brush over the cabbage steaks.
3. Grate the Parmesan on a grater and sprinkle over the cabbage.
4. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit!
