What to make with oatmeal for a snack: a tasty dish for adults and children
Oatmeal pancake is an ideal option not only for a hearty and healthy breakfast, but also for a snack. It is traditionally supplemented with filling, which can be both salty and sweet: from cheese, vegetables and herbs, to jam, berries and fruits.
- oatmeal - 4 tbsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 8 tbsp. l.
- cocoa - 1 tsp.
- peanut paste
1. To prepare a pancake, it is better to grind oatmeal into crumbs or use finely ground cereal. Add to it eggs, milk, cocoa, salt and sweetener. Mix everything thoroughly.
2. Pour the resulting mixture evenly onto a heated frying pan and fry a thin pancake on both sides.
3. Brush finished pancake with peanut paste, arrange banana slices and berries. Fold the pancake in half. Bon appetit!
